First of all let's get something straight, having an agent as a buyer adds absolutely NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU! There is no out of pocket cost or any other additional fees. The price you pay for a house is the same with or with out an agent. So why not have a professional in your corner protecting your best interests?

I will work diligently with your lender to make sure you are in a strong position to make an offer on a house. If you don't have a lender, I have relationships with some of the most aggressive lenders in the industry that will put you in a program that can get you the house that you want. Once you are ready to make an offer, I will work to find you the perfect house. More importantly, I will make sure that you don't pay too much for that house! I will also see to it that you have access to the best home inspectors, termite inspectors and title companies in the industry. When you are making quite possibly the biggest investment that you will ever make, you need to know that you are being protected!
